More fruitless searching for the Blyth's Pipit today. There were however loads of common migrants with Whinchat in almost every field, 3 Redstart, Spotted and Pied Flycatcher, plus umpteen Yellow-browed Warbler. Scilly rarities with 4 flyover Lapwing and a Mistle Thrush at Porthellick. The first Jack Snipe of the autumn was on Porthellick.
A rather showy Red-breasted Flycatcher was over the road from Farmer Brown's Bulb Farm.

From here it was down to Porthloo, where a very obliging Little Bunting was feeding in the rough grass by the boat yard.

From here it was up to the golf course where in the pine belt were 2 Yellow-browed Warbler and a Willow Warbler. Our rarest sighting of the day, a Vagrant Emperor Dragonfly was patrolling the pine edge.
More searching for the Pipit followed, with no luck by sun-down.
